These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CabRadar mobile application and website at cabradar-web.pages.dev (the "Service") operated by CabRadar. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CabRadar provides traffic, transport disruption, event, and road-related information for licensed taxi and private-hire drivers. Features may include maps, notifications, user-submitted reports, and optional account sign-in via Google or email link.
Information is provided for general informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of information when driving or making safety-critical decisions. Always follow road laws and official authorities.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Some features require an account. Sign-in may use Google Sign-In or email magic link via Firebase. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Google user data and account deletion.

You grant us a licence to use submitted reports and content to operate the Service. You retain ownership and confirm you have the right to submit content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or complete information. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described below.
The Service uses Google Sign-In, Firebase, Mapbox, and Cloudflare. Your use may be subject to their terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to £100 or amounts paid to us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or service discontinuation. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the Service or these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
